BESO BESA
In Provence’s famed “golden triangle,” vines grow between two mountain ranges in rich soils of clay and limestone, speckled with glacial pebbles. The terroir is extraordinary and so is the wine it yields.
Beso Besa 2024 is a traditional Provençal blend: Grenache, Cinsault, Carignan, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Tibouren, and Ugni Blanc. Grapes are harvested at night in late summer to protect the color and aromas, then fermented at low temperatures to achieve the palest, most delicate hue.
The palate is light and precise: strawberries and cream, peaches and apricots, framed by a crisp mineral finish and fine bubbles. Crafted with regenerative farming practices and gently dealcoholized, this rosé retains all the finesse of Provence with none of the compromise.
NEUE BRUT
Our Chardonnay comes from a single vineyard in Alcázar de San Juan, in the heart of La Mancha, Spain. This land has been nurtured by five generations of winemakers, each passing down the knowledge of how to coax brilliance from the grape.
The 2024 vintage balances lemon and mandarin citrus with orange blossom and a clean mineral line. Aged on fine lees, it carries a creamy mousse and a precise, biscuity finish that recalls classic Champagne. Only here, the alcohol has been gently removed.
Through our exclusive vacuum distillation process, we preserve every nuance while keeping the wine at just 0.5% ABV. Resulting in a sparkling that feels refined and celebratory, with integrity intact. Vegan, gluten-free, and only 15 calories a glass.
