The holiday rush is over. We begin to slow down and reflect on where we’ve been and who we’ve become. Excitement and anticipation hum in the background, pulling us closer to a new year full of possibility. A feeling that anything can happen.
We invite you to linger in the in between. To reminisce. And, in true SDLR fashion, celebrate.

Ingredients
1 oz (1 tbsp) Alcohol-free Gin
4 oz chilled Society De La Rassi Neue Brut
¼ oz fresh lemon juice & lemon rind
¼ oz simple syrup
Instructions
Combine the alchol-free gin, lemon juice & simple syrup in a glass, stirring to mix.
Add the lemon gin mixture to a chilled flute.
Top with Neue Brut.
Garnish with a lemon twist & serve immediately.
