Dealcoholized Wine

Our winemaking process uses gentle vacuum dealcoholization to remove alcohol while preserving the wine’s body and character. A precise measure of natural grape must (1.2g per liter) is reintroduced, with less than 0.5% alcohol content to meet non-alcoholic standards.
