Dealcoholized Sparkling Rosé

A Provence rosé at heart, Beso Besa 2024 embraces the region’s pale hue, crisp structure, and quiet elegance at 0.5% ABV. Crafted from Cinsault, Grenache, Carignan, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Tibouren, and Ugni Blanc, it is dry, lightly aromatic, and precise in its bubbles.

SOCIETY DE LA RASSI

Vintage 2024 Beso Besa

Sourced from the Côtes de Provence “golden triangle,” between two mountain ranges that create a cooling microclimate. Soils are classic Derache: clay-limestone with small limestone pebbles.

This vintage is a traditional Provence blend: 37% Cinsault, 23% Grenache, 16% Carignan, 11% Syrah, 7% Mourvèdre, 3% Tibouren, 3% Ugni Blanc. Grapes are harvested at night in late August and September; cold settling and low-temperature fermentation protect color and aroma. Farming is 20% organic, 80% sustainable, and 100% of plots use regenerative practices.
