INSPIRED BY CHANGE

Growing up in an Italian and Indian family, I attended countless weddings, always surrounded by an abundance of food and wine. As a wedding filmmaker for over a decade, I’ve been to hundreds of weddings across diverse cultures around the world. One constant in all these celebrations was the pop of a champagne bottle—a ritual that signifies joy, unity, and celebration.

After going sober in 2022, I realized I was missing out on an experience that had been such a big part of my life. I set out to create something that matched the tasting notes, experience, and quality of fine champagne—without the alcohol. That journey led to Society De La Rassi: a brand dedicated to finding the perfect balance of quality, structure, and taste that resonates with that celebratory experience.

Our first product, NEUE BRUT, is a non-alcoholic sparkling wine made from 100% Spanish Vintage Chardonnay, dealcoholized with no added sugar. It’s taken a lifetime of experiences, joy, and challenges to reach this moment, and I’m thrilled to share it with the world.

WHY ‘SOCIETY DE LA RASSI’?

Our name reflects both tradition and progress. ‘Society’ embraces the spirit of a new era, while ‘De La Rassi’ honors our Mediterranean and winemaking heritage. Together, they create a brand that bridges cultures, crafted with sophistication and purpose.

WHY ‘DE LA RASSI’?

‘Rassi’ draws inspiration from the Sanskrit words ‘Rasa‘ (essence) and ‘Rasi‘ (connection to something greater). It captures the essence of meaningful experiences, inviting people to connect and celebrate through a refined, non-alcoholic luxury.

Society De La Rassi fills a gap in the NA market by offering more than just a non-alcoholic option; it brings the elegance and depth of fine wine to those who cherish life’s best moments. It’s a symbol of celebration for those who enjoy the richness of life—without compromise.

A CHANCE ENCOUNTER

Throughout our journey, our ‘rasi’—our connection—has been about the alignment of stars, bringing together the right people and partnerships along the way. Every step has been guided by something greater, a shared vision for meaningful experiences.

One such moment was meeting Wesley, who became an integral part in the formation and creation of the brand and is now our Head of Marketing, in a club in Mexico. We both noticed how champagne was being celebrated, yet glasses remained full for people like us who weren’t drinking. It was in that moment we realized the importance of creating a non-alcoholic option that would allow everyone to join in the celebration, without missing out.

OUR process





CRAFTING BOLD ALCOHOL ALTERNATIVES

Creating a true non-alcoholic wine that retains the taste and sophistication of traditional wine requires precision and innovation. At Society De La Rassi, we start with high-quality Chardonnay grapes from Spain, chosen for their vibrant flavor profile. Our state-of-the-art dealcoholization process involves gently removing alcohol while preserving the delicate aromas and flavors inherent in our grapes. Crucially, we do not add any flavors or sugars, maintaining the authenticity of a premium wine experience. This method ensures our product is clean, healthy, and enjoyable, offering a pure expression of our commitment to excellence without compromise.

Our exquisite flagship ‘Neue Brut’ maintains less than 0.5% alcohol content and features a carefully balanced low sugar content of 1.2g per 100ml, in line with traditional Brut Champagne, with only 15 calories per serving.
